    Rachel Preece, Business Spotlight editor: I am British, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than a Friday night trip to the pub with colleagues. It’s a way to decompress (ifml.)sich entspannendecompress, to networksich vernetzennetwork and simply to talk about topics outside of work and get to know your colleagues as human beings. However, the concept of after-work drinks is not inclusive. For those not ordering a pint because of religious reasons or because of pregnancySchwangerschaftpregnancy, it can become an uncomfortable situation. Perhaps there are alternatives to pub culture, team lunches, or simply coffee and cake, situations that don’t take up people’s free time and are less exclusionaryausgrenzendexclusionary.
